Panel Advisor - Fostering
Dudley Fostering Service require a suitably qualified individual to provide professional advice to Fostering Panel.
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: Grade 13 (Subject to Pay Award)
Substantial Fostering experience is required in order to ensure the Fostering Panel is compliant with regulatory requirements.
The principal role of the panel advisor is to provide professional advice to Fostering Panel.
- To ensure the arrangements for panel are coordinated in advance, run smoothly on the day, and that follow up actions and reports happen as required.
- The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the central list provides sufficient panel members to meet the needs of the family placement work.
- To ensure all assessments are quality assured and completed within statutory guidelines and regulations.
- To facilitate disruption and other professional meetings as they relate to the work of the Fostering Service/Panel.
