1 x 37 hours per week

1 x 30 hours per week

Solihull Community Housing are seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team within the Housing and Communities Directorate.

We are recruiting to a 37 hours per week and a 30 hours role over 5 days (pro rata for part time position).

The Team delivers multi operational functions that includes management of the housing register, allocations of properties, pre and post tenancy management.  This will involve contacting and visiting potential or existing tenants arranging interviews and viewings of empty properties.

The successful candidate will need to be committed to providing a high quality customer service to all our customers, be able to prioritise and manage their work load on a daily basis. They will need to be able to resolve issues and enquiries and have excellent communication and IT skills.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience.
