Assistant Team Manager
37.0 Hours per Week
An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Assistant Team Manager in the One Front Door Team.
You will be one of 3 Assistant Team Managers working in a fast paced, duty setting which requires cover between 9 am and 5 pm, assisting with the day to day running of the team and with experience of providing professional supervision to other workers.
In addition to holding a professional social work qualification and registration with Social Work England, you should have substantial post qualifying experience in Adult Social Work Services.
You must be able to work quickly under pressure, prioritising work and dealing with emergencies.
The successful candidate will be based in the Bluebell Centre, Chelmsley Wood, however initially home based due to current COVID-19 arrangements.
