The Directors of Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust, Headteacher & pupils of Priory Primary School are looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the maintenance and development of the school site.
Site Manager (Job Vacancy reference: 0100)
The successful candidate will ensure the safety, security, cleanliness of the school premises and site is maintained as well as representing the school when dealing with contractors and suppliers. They will be skilled in carrying out reactive repair and maintenance work.
Candidates must have experience including contracts, premises management and health and safety.
Candidates will have a flexible approach and attitude, and be self-motivated and manage own workload whilst being comfortable with taking instruction. The role will require split-shift working and will include some opening and closing of the site as well as lettings on occasions.
You will be appointed on Grade 5, working 37 hours per week, all year round. Your working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.
Your actual salary range will be £19,945 - £21,589 per annum.
