The Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic highly motivated individual to join our administration team at Priory Primary School.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have experience of working in a busy office dealing with multi different tasks
- Have experience of dealing with a variety of people at different levels.
- Have proven administrative experience.
- Can demonstrate excellent Finance and IT skills.
- Have accurate literacy skills.
- Can demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team leader and member.
- Show a commitment to professional standards and the Safeguarding agenda.

School Office Administrator (Vacancy reference HVT 0101)
You will work under the guidance of the Office Manager providing administration support to the school. You will be a skilled administrator preferably with front-line experience of working in a busy school environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be flexible, be able to work effectively in a team and have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of both Word and Excel.
You will be appointed on Grade 4, permanent contract working 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Your core hours will be 12 noon until 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Your actual salary range will be £8,906 - £9,084 per annum.
