Scale 2 Points 3-4 £9.62-£9.81 per hour according to experience
30 hours per week, term-time only

St. Peter’s Primary is situated in the rural village of Edgmond, near to the market town of Newport, Shropshire. Our happy, successful and caring school is very much at the heart of the village, with close links to the church of St Peter’s, our village community and the Newport cluster of schools. As a church school we have a strong ethos based around our Christion values of love, peace, kindness, gentleness joy, patience and goodness. We are dedicated to ensuring inclusion is at the forefront of our educational offer.

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who will be able to work closely alongside our Reception and Year 1 classes. Our ideal candidate will be able to form strong, caring relationships with both children and staff, be hard-working and reliable and have a good sense of humour! If you enjoy baking, sewing and gardening and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we would be delighted to hear from you!
