Acorns Primary School (academy), part of The Stour Federation Partnership with Shipston-on-Stour Primary School and Brailes C of E Primary School, is looking for an outstanding Office Admin assistant working 8.30am - 3.30pm, 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, term time only and would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer. We are looking for a friendly and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be an excellent communicator and be able to use a range of online packages to maximise efficiency and the smooth running of the school.


Working for The Stour Federation Partnership will provide exciting opportunities for candidates who are ambitious, creative and enjoy working in collaboration with others. The person appointed will be expected to work with minimum supervision and as part of a centralised finance team. They will be expected to work accurately whilst managing a varied workload, taking ownership of tasks and meeting set deadlines.

Key Requirements

Experience of working in a busy admin environment.
Calm and professional with the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills with high standards for themselves and others.
Able to work well as a member of a team sharing ideas and good practice.
