ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER

Band B: £18,065 - £18,795 (Full time – 37 hours per week)

Required as soon as possible

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to make their mark at these two special schools which share a building. The Assistant Site Manager will work as part of a site team and undertake building and maintenance, caretaking and cleaning duties. A caring attitude towards children and the ability to deal with contracted services is essential. You will be required to live within reasonable travelling distance, as no site accommodation is available.

The salary will depend upon experience. The post entails working Monday to Friday split shift pattern: 6 a.m. – 10.00am and 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. ( 6.00pm on Friday). Occasional weekend lettings paid as overtime.
