Permanent, Full Time, L28 – L34

To start 1 January 2021

Foxford is proud of its school; it serves an area north-east of Coventry, has an inclusive, comprehensive intake, welcoming students from all backgrounds.  Our staff are dedicated to providing our 1000 students with the opportunity to thrive at school through academic progress, extra-curricular experiences and pastoral care.  Castle Phoenix Trust supports the school so that the standard of teaching and support is continually developing.

We are seeking a headteacher to

  • Provide excellent leadership across the school that increases resilience and determination, raises aspirations and drives academic performance, so that everyone achieves their very best
  • Champion a culture that encourages initiative, confidence and self-awareness and strengthens the quality of leadership at all levels
  • Deliver a stimulating and challenging curriculum that enables students to develop a passion for learning
  • Develop effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders whereby we are ‘leading, learning, excelling together’

You will be an existing Headteacher or an outstanding and ambitious Deputy with substantial experience of school leadership. You will possess the drive, flair and leadership qualities to collaborate and make great things happen, to grow confident learners, to further develop, nurture and empower our staff so that we all continuously improve.

We offer you committed and rigorous support through our successful multi-academy trust with a strong team spirit so that we achieve the very best.  Developing our staff is fundamental to us and as is their wellbeing and working environment.  So, not only do you have the chance to work collectively with a group of talented headteachers and leaders, you will drive your school’s improvement plan which, hand in hand, drives the Trust’s future.
