Hours: 30 hours per week. Term time only plus 5 days

Salary: National Apprenticeship rate starting at £4.15 an hour

Job start: ASAP pending employment checks. 12 months in the first instance to be reviewed Summer Term 2021.

Interviews will be held: Friday 9th October 11.15am onwards 2020 at Ormiston Forge Academy (social distancing to be adhered to).

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to be part of the Success Centre Team helping to identify and resolve barriers to learning.

The purpose of this post is to be a key member of a team which provides a complementary service to the Academy in order to address the needs of students to support them in overcoming barriers to learning.

The post is required to support the inclusive vision and ethos of the Academy by providing support to groups or individual students as required by the Senior Leader Inclusion or Success Centre Manager.

Qualifications required:

To be considered for the post you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C or Grade 4 or above passes in maths and English and be prepared to undertake apprenticeship training.
