Data Manager

Salary circa £25,000 negotiable with experience

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic Data Manager to join our team to provide strategic leadership and management on and within Data, Assessment and Examinations to drive the use of data in order to raise standards across the Academy.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification in any subject
• An excellent record of working with and handling data in a pressurised field
• Ability to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data
• Ability to learn new programmes at pace and share learning with appropriate members of staff.
• Ability to manipulate and interpret large amounts of data
• Ability to plan and implement systems to maximise use
• Advanced PC skills, especially Excel (spreadsheets and databases)
• Previous office experience
• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working alone or as part of a team
• Highly developed organisational skills
• An eye for detail
• A dynamic personality including a capacity, drive, passion and energy to succeed
• High personal standard
• Excellent health and attendance record
• Excellent communication skills
• A general desire to help and support children from all backgrounds
