School Domestic Assistant/Cleaner
Horton Lodge School is looking to appoint a domestic assistant/cleaner for September 2020 or as soon thereafter. Horton Lodge School is a Local Authority Special School for children aged 2-11years with physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties. Our students have a range of complex learning needs including cognitive, physical, sensory, emotional and health related disabilities. The primary role of the post will involve working across the school to ensure that the premises and equipment is clean and safe for pupils’ to access.
You will be fully supportive of the all-round ethos and vision of our school. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff & volunteers to share this commitment. This post subject to a DBS Disclosure.

This is a permanent post for between 8.00 hours and 12.00 hours a week, over 2 or 3 days which will be confirmed at interview.
The successful candidate will undertake duties detailed in School Domestic Assistant Job Profile C1069 at Grade 2 term time plus one week (SCP 2 – 3, £9.18 - £9.36 Per Hour – a pay award is pending).
