SOCIAL WORKER/YARDLEY CONSTITUENCY
To work in the Yardley constituency with Vulnerable Adults who live in both the community and care homes.
You must be able to apply the principles and process which accompany the 3-conversation model and must be able to demonstrate you commitment to partnership working with other professionals both within BCC and externally.
You will be required to identify any community asset gaps and have interest to participate in the development of community resources alongside our Neighbourhood Network Partners. You will have a sound knowledge of Safeguarding Adults and demonstrate and apply your understanding of Making Safeguarding Personal.
You will be strive to maximise independence and deliver a creative person centred service to the Vulnerable Adults within the constituency you service.
