Clifton-upon-Dunsmore C.E. Primary School is a popular Church of England village school with a strong sense of community and a very caring ethos. Our Ofsted outstanding school is a one form entry with 226 pupils on roll with polite, friendly, hardworking children and a supportive staff team.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team. The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the school administrative functions.
Experience of an administrative role within a school, have good ICT and keyboard skills and knowledge of SIMS desirable. The role involves dealing with confidential pupil and staff data, school meals, attendance and DBS checks. Applicants must have the ability to prioritise and organise their workload to meet deadlines, cope with interruptions and remain calm under pressure. A valid driving licence and availability of a car essential.
The successful applicant will also take on the role of Mid-Day Supervisor.
Administrative Assistant – 21 hours per week, Scale F, Point 7-10, £20,092 - £21,748 pro rata, Hourly Rate £10.41 - £11.27, Actual Annual Salary £9,462 - £10,242
Mid-Day Supervisor – 6.25 hours per week, Scale B, Point 2-3, £18,198 - £18,562 pro rate, Hourly Rate £9.43 - £9.62, Actual Annual Salary £2,485 - £2,535
