Telford & Wrekin Council are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Infrastructure Officer to provide customer focused reliable, flexible operational and technical configuration support to all Telford & Wrekin staff, Schools and Councillors. Enabling Service Areas, Schools and Councillors to operate more effectively and efficiently.
Major Tasks include:
• Rotation between desktop 2nd Line remote support and onsite support, depending on business need
• To provide prompt desktop 2nd line support from telephone, intranet and email requests to ensure operational problems are resolved as quickly as possible
