TEACHING ASSISTANT - Additional Needs

Salary Grade 4 

Full time – 32.5 hours per week.

Required asap.

We have one full time post available due to the success of two recent EHCP applications. This post is available from as soon as can be mutually arranged.

Temporary until 21st July 2021 Grade 4 term time only Additional Needs Level 2 TA Post

32.5 hours per week. Both children are in Reception. One child is demonstrating autistic traits and communication delay. The other is demonstrating traits of global delay and has epilepsy.

We are looking for a teaching assistant who can first and foremost be outstanding practitioners, who have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and have excellent behaviour management skills. We do expect our TA’s to become actively involved in the life of the school; coming to some staff meetings, attending PTFA events and generally being a great team player!

The wellbeing of all staff is extremely important to me, therefore high quality professional development is provided at all times. I am very willing to support and develop an enthusiastic and self-motivated applicant as part of their career pathway.
