We are seeking to appoint 2 suitably qualified and experienced School Administrators to work within our busy team and to provide full support for the day to day operations of the school office and the finance and HR administrative functions in support of the whole school.

We are looking for someone with;

-experience of working in a school office and pupil administration

-experience of financial processing and accounting

-knowledge of using SIMS, FMS and other software e.g. Microsoft Office

-knowledge of general school procedures

-good numeracy and literacy skills

-good organisational and ICT based skills

-good communication skills

The role will include;

-Maintaining pupil records and attendance

-Financial processing

-Administrative support for whole school

-Reception and Telephone duties

-Other administrative tasks commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth running of the school office

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
