Pastoral Manager - Year 10

37 hours per week

Term-time plus 3 weeks (5 of these are inset day)

Fortis Senior Academy (KS4&5) is seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Pastoral Manager to join our Year 10 Pastoral Team.  This post sits at the heart of Senior Academy (Years 10-13); the successful applicant will take responsibility for Pastoral management of students in Year 10, supported by the Director and Head of Year 10.  This is a very demanding and rewarding role which provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to transform the lives of most vulnerable students whilst also impacting more widely on the welfare of all students.  This is also an exciting opportunity to lead a highly professional and committed team of staff whilst also playing a key role in the success and future development of our new school model.  If you are ambitious, fully committed to our six non-negotiables of a Can-Do Attitude; High Expectations; Altruism; No Excuses; Compassion and Empathy, we would love to hear from you.
