Intelligence Performance & Analysis Officer

Salary:  £27,041- £31,346 per annum

 37 Hours per week – 12 Months Fixed Term or internal secondment

Internal applicants can be considered for a secondment with prior approval of their current line manager.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to expand and explore their data and analysis skills and improve outcomes for children and families.

Over the next 12 months, the team are entering an exciting period: we’re supporting a major IT system upgrade and we have the opportunity to share and influence how we make system reporting available to managers.  We’re also looking to further embed and develop our regular performance and PowerBI offer.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on various intelligence projects, such as further developing our regular reporting, working directly with service areas to better understand and use performance, supporting and delivering statutory returns to central government, designing and implementing new data collection processes or getting to grips with designing and testing reports for our new IT system.

In return, we will provide on the job training to support the development of your skills, but also exposure to a range of different data sets and experiences that could help your professional development.

The team are based within 1 Staffordshire Place, Stafford.  However, we actively encourage smart working, including working from other offices in the county and from home.
