The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, soon to be 10, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Our academies are quite distinctive and separate schools,

serving different communities and phases but all either are, or have the capacity to become, outstanding.

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership wishes to appoint a suitable skilled and experienced person to clerk the audit and finance committee meetings. These are two separate committees which take place 7 times (Finance) and 5 times (Audit)

a year respectively. Each meeting lasts approximately 1 ½ hours and take place at the end of the school day or early evening. The Clerk will be responsible for producing minutes and uploading all meeting documentation to an online portal. As the clerk is the ‘constitutional conscience’ of the committee, he/she will have relevant experience/knowledge in

clerking meetings relating to finance and audit in order to be able to clerk the meetings appropriately. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
