Teaching Assistant Grade 1 with outdoor learning interest

Newbridge School is a short stay school with an increasingly innovative and personalised learning experience for students who have experienced exclusion from mainstream schools and are working towards regaining confidence, self esteem and self respect.

We require a Grade 1 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic and dynamic and has a love for the great outdoors to join our committed staff team based at Midland Road, Worcester. Currently Newbridge is in serious weakness so this is an opportunity to be part of the team following an action plan to turn around this Ofsted judgement.
