Aston Manor Academy are seeking a high achieving graduate to work in our Sixth Form as an Academic Mentor for the 2020/21 academic year. This post would be ideal for graduates who are looking to gain educational experience prior to completing a teacher training programme.
As an Academic Mentor you will be supporting students either individually, in small groups or as a class. You will work closely with post 16 students providing high quality academic intervention and mentoring to support the transition, learning and achievement of all our Post 16 students. You should also be able to make a significant contribution to the
overall personal and academic progress of our students.
