Job Details
Penn Hall School is a special school which provides high quality holistic education for 106 children aged 3 - 19 with a wide range of needs and abilities.
We require a committed and skilled teaching assistant to join one of our Key Stage Two classes supporting children with a range of additional needs including physical disabilities and communication . The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed term basis to start as soon as possible and end on 31st August 2021 . This vacancy provides an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in a vibrant and inclusive environment
The successful candidate will have attained NVQ level 2 with English and Maths A-C grades. Previous knowledge of working in a special school plus experience of Moving and Handling and Personal Care is an advantage
Essential qualities however are flexibility, a positive outlook and a child centred approach
