Being an experienced caretaker and or site manager would be an advantage, although full training would be given to the successful person. We would like the post holder to start as soon as possible following pre employment checks being completed.
- Able to follow own initiative and work with minimal direction
- Able to prioritise
- Takes pride in everything they do
- Completes what they are asked and to a high standard
- Has a great relationship with all staff
- Has skills such as carpentry, painting and decoration and general maintenance
- Has experience of over seeing Health and Safety
- Has knowledge of safeguarding
- Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners
