We are seeking to recruit a Pupil and Pastoral Manager who will be responsible for maintaining an overview of behaviour, safeguarding and pupil welfare and developing appropriate interventions and support. You will act as the first point of contact in investigating and resolving any pastoral issues, in line with the School’s focus on Character Education.

We will have high expectations of you to be an outstanding role model committed to the distinctive ethos of our School. In return, we will recognise your contribution through an enhanced package of pay and benefits subject to performance. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
