PA to Senior Leadership Team

 

This is a full time (37 hours a week) position x 39 weeks per year (term time + two weeks)

Salary Scale Grade 5 £22,291- £24,799 FTE pro rata to £20,067 - £22,324

We are delighted to offer this opportunity within our successful support staff team. This exciting role will require the successful candidate to provide first class PA support to Senior Leadership Team.

We are seeking a tenacious and ambitious individual, who is a strong professional communicator, highly organised, IT literate and with extensive administration experience. This role is fast paced and multi-faceted, so the ideal candidate must be innovative, forward thinking, possess the ability to work well under pressure and a have keen eye for detail. You will have day to day involvement in confidential matters, so diplomacy, trust and confidentiality are essential for this role. School experience will be advantageous, but not essential, as a proven background in a different setting would be considered.

The role is term time plus 2 weeks and is for 37 hours per week; some flexibility in these hours will be required due to the nature of the role.
