Job Details

The Role

The Client Team is part of the County Highways Group. You will be required to manage an Area Client Team, with responsibility for management of the highway network as a key Warwickshire asset, within a defined geographical area. The Area Client Teams are responsible for customer service, managing demand, highway regulation and determining programmes of maintenance work, to ensure Warwickshire meets its obligations under the Highways Act and other relevant legislation. 

Managing a team of up to 6, varying from engineers to apprentices.

  

Key Requirements

Substantial post professional experience working in the relevant highway discipline and or significant experience of working at a senior level. Experience of complex problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to varied audiences.
