We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to make a significant difference to the lives of our students. As a dedicated and enthusiastic EAL Coach you will have a clear passion for and knowledge of your subject and you will play a significant role in building on our rapid improvement in recent years.
Our perfect candidate will have -
• Excellent level of personal literacy
• Evidence of securing positive outcomes with groups of EAL students
• Flexibility to deliver out-of-school clubs/intervention/revision classes as required
• A passion/vision for student achievement and ability to communicate/motivate students likewise
• Knowledge and use of a range of effective strategies to manage behaviour and support learning
