A great opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Woodloes Primary School in Warwick.

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable TA, who will work with children on an individual and group basis to ensure they receive the very best education and support in school.

We are a member of the Community Academies Trust, which is a successful, forward-thinking organisation that maintains high expectations of staff and students.

As a member of our staff you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where our pupils can make excellent progress.  You will receive ongoing training and we will work with you to develop your professional ambitions as a member of our high performing team.

The successful candidate will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies.  We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.

If this role is of interest to you and you can contribute to our future success an application pack is available on our school website www.woodloes.com.   Should you require any other details please contact the School Office.  Please e-mail application to hradmin5207@welearn365.com.

Please note, due to the current situation, in place of school-based interviews, we have set up systems to ensure that alternative options are still available via TEAMS/video conferencing wherever possible. Every effort will be made to try to accommodate any specific requirements so that no-one is at a disadvantage. Understandably, visits to the school are not possible at present, however we are really keen to ensure that you have as much information to proceed with your application as possible, so if you would like a conversation about either the school or the position please contact the Head teacher, Mr. Andy Mitchell on 01926 497491.

Closing date for applications is: Midday on Thursday 1st October 2020

Interview date: Monday 12th October 2020
