Salary: £19,312.00 - £19,698.00 per annum
37 Hours per week – Permanent

This role will be responsible for answering customer enquiries, through a range of channels including face-to-face and email. You will also be responsible for completing administrative tasks alongside covering reception and post room duties.
You will be required to work using your own initiative, judgement and to be a role model to lower graded staff. You will also be required to work efficiently and as part of a team.
This role will include shift work between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
