Business Development Officer

We are looking to recruit to a fixed term position for 4 months.

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated person to join the Resources Directorate within Sandwell Children’s Trust and contribute to improving outcomes for children and families within Sandwell.  If you have a talent for data analysis, enjoy problem solving and are passionate about improving the lives of children and families then we want to hear from you.

The role is both varied and interesting providing the opportunity to engage in local, regional and national priorities.  You will work with a range of stakeholders to understand and evaluate service delivery to ensure we are efficiently using our resources in delivering effective services to Sandwell children and families.

You should have experience of data analysis, an understanding of performance management and performance measures and the ability to translate this into improvement with an aptitude to learn. 

You need to be adept at building relationships at all levels and have excellent IT skills to utilise a range of packages including Microsoft Excel.

You will need a relevant degree, professional qualification or be able to evidence an appropriate level of experience. 

The role may be of interest to candidates who have a performance management or business improvement background, or a recently qualified graduate in a relevant field.
