1 x Family Connect Social Worker
Temporary - 12 Months Maternity Cover
Part-time
22.2 hours per week this will be 3 days per week 8:45 until 5pm
Grade PO3 £21,246 - £22,9847 per annum
Telford & Wrekin Council has put Children and families at the heart of its vision for the future. In reshaping our services, we have established Family Connect, a new multi-agency partnership approach to safeguarding children and young people.
Family Connect Multi Agency single point of contact for services accessed by the public and professionals to ensure that the right service is delivered at the right time, in the right place by the right people.
