We are looking for;

• A qualified and enthusiastic team player who has a passion for the subject and an ability to bring it to life in the classroom
• Experience of teaching A level is very desirable
• An individual who can contribute in developing a range of activities and strategies to strengthen teaching and learning across the school
• A practitioner that can support and coach staff in developing and extending their pedagogic repertoire
• A practitioner who can model best practice in ensuring lessons are well differentiated, providing for the least able, the most able and gifted students
• The successful applicant will model best practice in the effective use of student performance data and student and staff targeting, so that this impacts on classroom practice and contributes to raising achievement
• The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a historic track record of high performance in examinations and demonstrate capacity to share their practice more widely.
• An individual to support the mathematics leadership team in departmental improvement
• A teacher with a continued commitment to their own professional development
