Senior School Organisation Officer

Salary:  £32,234- £36,922 per annum

 37 Hours per week – Permanent

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to the School Organisation Team. The team is responsible for the County Council’s statutory duty to ensure the efficient supply of school places in Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will be asked to make recommendations on future school provision using data analysis, professional knowledge and judgement. You will need to maintain and develop links with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders including contributing to working and project groups.

You will have proven communication skills and have excellent influencing and negotiating skills. Working in an ever-changing environment, you will need to think creatively, and to use initiative to succeed under pressure.
