EXPERIENCED SOCIAL WORKER – Permanent 37 hours CMHT Social Worker - Adult Social Care West
Salary: Grade 7 scp 23 – 28 (£36,922 to £41,881)
An opportunity has arisen in the City of Wolverhampton for a full-time Social Worker with experience of working with Older Adults with mental health difficulties.
The post will cover the West locality area of Wolverhampton and the successful applicant will be based in the multi-disciplinary team at the Brooklands Health Centre – at the current time Agile working is implemented.
We are looking for a self-motivated Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience. Wolverhampton has a diverse population and we are currently implementing strength-based practice by working under 3 Conversations methodology.
You will be provided with regular formal and informal supervision, together with opportunities for reflective practice to enable professional development. The successful applicant will be committed to working with and safeguarding vulnerable adults. You will need to be able to work with your colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team and ensure person centred planning. You will also be fully committed to promoting customer wellbeing, independence and reablement.
