The Leadership Team of Holy Trinity C of E Primary are looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic person.
The successful candidate should have the following qualities and experience:
• Minimum of NVQ level 2 qualification
• Previous experience of supporting children with SEN particularly social, emotional and mental health needs
• Ability to maintain a calm and constructive approach when dealing with challenging situations
• Use positive an effective behaviour management strategies
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Experience of working in a school setting, working within a team
• Of supporting children working in EYFS and KS1
• Of supporting children with Special Educational Needs
