Brindley Heath Academy, Kinver, is looking to appoint a full time, Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in our fantastic school, initially on a fixed term contract until July 2021 (subject to continued receipt of funding) with effect from 2 November 2020. - directly after the half term break.

Brindley Heath Academy is proud to be part of Manor MAT and is on a journey of rapid improvement. Children are at the heart of everything we do here at Brindley Heath and we are looking for the right candidate to work with some of our children. The right person will have prior experience of working in schools in order to support children who have been awarded an EHCP.

We are looking for someone who will

  • Be a dedicated practitioner
  • Have experience of working with children who have an EHCP on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Be able to work systematically and thoroughly on individual pupil targets
  • Support whole class teaching, as and when directed
  • Consistently demonstrate their sense of humour and the ability to work within a team
  • Enjoy a challenge
