Learning Support Practitioner (Level 3)

These posts are Fixed Term - vacancy cover until 31/08/2021 and are to start as soon as possible.

We require 2 qualified Level 3 Learning Support Practitioners working 32.5 hours per week to provide both classroom support and 1 - 1 support in a classroom environment under the guidance of teaching staff.

Your key duties will be to support the classroom teacher in the whole planning, teaching and assessment cycle.

All candidates must have the relevant qualification of NVQ Level 3 above in Supporting Teaching & Learning/Childcare/ Child Development or Education equivalent.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role’

Hours:    32.5 hours term time plus 5 (training) days

                Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2021

Salary:    Band D, SCP 9-17 (£20,903 - £24,491 p.a.) This is the full time salary and will be reduced

                according to hours/weeks worked,
