Positive Behavioural Support Enablement Worker

£19,312 - £19,698 per annum pro rata

NJC Scale 3 

Up to 37  hours per week

We are currently about to take on a number of new and exciting projects and are looking for dynamic individuals that want to make a difference and enhance someones quality of life. 

We are looking to recruit experienced and highly motivated Enablement Workers to work as part of our  Positive Behaviour Support team.

You will play a key role in the  delivery of  high quality 24/7 personalised enablement and Positive Behaviour Support to adults and young people with learning difficulties and/or autism whose behaviour may challenge. Working flexibly to support people, ensuring they receive the right personalised support to improve independence and choice, in order to live healthy, safe and fulfilling lives.You will be able to meet the travel requirements of the post which may require you to  work across various sites and locations within the Telford area. You may be required to support customers in their vehicles for which you will require a clean driving license.
