The Role
37.0 Hours per Week
King's High School are seeking to appoint a Staff Cover and Office Administrator, to provide dedicated administration support to academic and support staff in the School Office and to organise academic staff cover and room changes.
The school office is a busy hub at the heart of the school and is absolutely vital to the efficient day to day functioning of the school. It undertakes a multitude of different functions, all of which must be executed in a timely, efficient and excellent manner.
The office is open for 36 weeks during term-time and a further six weeks during school holidays (from 9.00am to 1.00pm).
The role is a full-time position during term time 37 hours per week for 36 weeks (term time plus inset days plus 3 days) plus three weeks over the holiday period at 20 hours per week (9am-1pm daily). The salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience. Point 16 (actual salary £16343) – Point 19 (actual salary £18019).
Key Requirements
This position’s start time is 7.15am as the cover for staff absences needs to be in place before the start of each school day.
