32.5 hours term time only - Learning Support Assistant (SEND)
Level 2  (G4 Pt 6-11 £19171- £21166 pro rata)

We are looking for an outstanding and innovative Learning Support Assistant who has a genuine desire for all children in their care to achieve.

The successful candidate will join our team to support children across the school with EHCPs to reach their full potential. Candidates should be dynamic and innovative practitioners and have significant experience of working with children across the entire primary age range. This post requires someone with a proven track-record in SEND support.

The successful candidate will:

• have high expectations of all children
• have experience of working in a school environment
• has previous experience of supporting children with a range of additional needs
• be educated to Level 2 or equivalent or have relevant experience
• be flexible and adaptable and able to think on their feet
• be creative, dynamic and a positive team member
• be approachable and willing to learn
• demonstrate commitment and collaborative working with colleagues in order to maximise children’s learning
• be competent in the use of ICT and have successfully completed an ICT basic skills test
• be committed to their own ongoing professional development
• have a good sense of humour
