Job Details

Henley Green Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a Reception Class TA to join our team. We are a two-form entry Primary School, judged Good by Ofsted.

 

Our aim with this advert is to attract a really imaginative and innovative TA, who wants to build their career with a school that is forward thinking. This post would be ideal for a graduate who is looking to move into teaching as their chosen career, although this is not a requirement for the post.. Our Leadership Team is made up of staff members who began their careers at Henley Green as NQTs, which demonstrates how we grow careers.

You will need to be passionate about teaching and providing fantastic learning opportunities for our pupils. We are very proud of our school; we offer a vibrant and stimulating learning environment. We really do have the most fantastic pupils with excellent behaviour and attitude to learning. All our learning environments are highly engaging, colourful and support independent learning.

We set great store by developing CPD opportunities through staff training; coaching and mentoring, from a talented Leadership Team.

Experience of working in a primary school is essential, being RWI trained is desirable.

Our safeguarding and day to day practice around keeping children safe, and working with families ensures that you will really feel that what you do on a daily basis is highly positive and makes a difference to children’s lives.
