Workforce Development Officer
The Organisational Development team play an important role in ensuring that the council has a high performing, agile and diverse workforce, capable of delivering innovative services at the right time to the citizens of Birmingham.
Our culture change programme focuses on promoting partnership working, evidence-based and customer-centred services and shaping an empowered and inclusive workforce.
We are seeking an dynamic and ambitious person to come and join the Organisational Development team, helping us to achieve our ambition of offering individuals from every background, the opportunity to learn and grow whilst bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the council.
This is a fantastic time to join the team as we continue on our culture change journey to make Birmingham City Council a great place to work for both existing and employees of the future.
A secondment will be considered for this post.
