Teaching Assistant Level 2
Part-Time 19.5 per week, term time only + INSET days (39 weeks)
Scale F - scale point 7: £17,131 – 37 hours/39 weeks
Pro rata equivalent: £9,028 - 19.5 hours/39 weeks
Starting date: Required to start ASAP
We are looking to appoint an exceptional, passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable TA2 to work primarily with KS2 pupils on an individual and group basis to ensure they receive the very best education and support in school.
The Ferncumbe CE Primary School is friendly and welcoming popular, single form entry primary (ages 4 to 11) in a rural setting just outside Warwick town centre.
As a member of our staff you will be instrumental in laying the foundation of outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where our pupils can make excellent progress. You will be well supported with opportunities for career enhancement as a member of our high performing team.
The successful candidate will have high expectations, a commitment to raising standards of attainment and up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies. We are seeking individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.
