Job title:  EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2 – Temporary to cover maternity leave

Required:             Monday 2^nd November 2020
Work Pattern:      8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

                             (Term Time to include 5 training days)

Salary:                  Grade 3 SCP 3 – 4 £18562 - £18933

                             (pay award pending)

Westfield is a large two form entry primary school in the village of Wombourne near Wolverhampton.  Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our dedicated team.  The chosen candidate will help support children in our popular and successful Nursery setting.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a primary school ideally within EYFS but not essential.  We require someone who has good written, oral and numeracy skills; a calm, flexible approach and is a team player.

The role will include supervising children during their lunch break and may include administering medication to pupils. There is also potential for additional hours in our school wraparound provision.
