We are looking to recruit highly motivated administrator with experience working within an office environment to join a busy team providing administration support in the Outreach Team within Worcestershire Children First.
The successful applicants will require good organisational and time management skills and be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
You will need to have the ability to recognise, acknowledge and have regard to confidential and sensitive matters including Child Protection. A polite, efficient manner particularly when working under pressure and in circumstance where interruption may be common place is also essential. The Outreach Team provide support to young people in Supported Living Placements managed by the team. Due to this the job involves a variety of organisational skills to be able to support the Personal Outreach Advisors and also ensure the maintenance of properties is met.
