Housing Options Team Leader
37.0 Hours per Week
Solihull Community Housing are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Housing Options Service as a Housing Options Team Leader. The successful postholder will lead the team in the delivery of excellent customer service across all operational functions of housing advice and homeless service provision, including:
- The provision of housing advice to customers in housing need
- The prevention & relief of homelessness
- Ensuring the delivery of statutory functions in accordance with relevant legislation
- Effective management of temporary accommodation
Candidates will need to demonstrate that they have extensive experience of working in Housing Options and Homelessness Prevention services and a detailed knowledge and understanding of the relevant homelessness and housing legislation. You should have strong leadership and motivation skills, and be passionate about providing great customer service.
