Primary age child’s Significant Adult Support Worker

The Role

The Fosse Way Consortium is looking to appoint an experienced full-time HLTA to support our Significant Adult Provision project based at Ettington C of E Primary School. This is an exciting new project in partnership with Warwickshire Local Authority, aimed at supporting children within the Kineton and Shipston group of schools. It will provide an opportunity for significant professional development, including working within a network for professional support.

Fixed term contract until 21st December 2022 

Key Requirements

We are seeking a hardworking and committed colleague who shares in our passion of making a difference to the lives of children. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, with a friendly disposition who can work as part of a team and will take initiative in leading collaborative working in all of the Fosse Way schools.
You will be required to liaise with schools, families and professionals to enable children to reintegrate into a local school and to support children who are experiencing difficulties within their school environment. Being pro-active, caring and flexible is essential.
