An exciting new opportunity at our childcare provision has arisen as we look to recruit an enthusiastic Before and After School Club Team Leader. This well-established provision has continued to provide excellent care to children aged from 3 years – 7 years for over 15 years.

We are particularly interested in a highly organised individual with lots of ideas and initiative who could work with the Childcare Manager to enhance the existing provision. You will also be responsible in leading and managing the ‘Kids’ Club’ play workers.

The hours required are 7.30 – 9am and 3pm- 6.00pm, Monday to Friday as well as additional planning time. There is also the opportunity of extra hours during school holidays and the role would require some flexibility to also provide some additional childcare provision at our holiday club.

You will need to have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Childcare.

In addition, a good knowledge of EYFS and experience working with children aged 3 - 7 years would be an advantage. Team leader/ manager role experience in any setting would also be an advantage.
