Scale 5 37 hours per week

Suitable candidates must; be committed to the academic and emotional welfare of our children, have a clear understanding of how the academy’s vision and values underpins our approach to what can be an emotionally demanding role.

We can provide a high level of support and resources. The scope for this collaborative support is extended further though the LCT with additional trust wide opportunities to share practice and develop expertise such as Mental Health First Aid training. Considerable support is available, so any level of experience is welcome to apply.
